Ing. Petr PAVLÍK
Managing Director
He graduated from the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno. During his professional career he worked for Procter and Gamble, progressing to Country Manager for the Czech Republic. Additionally, he worked for Boots Healthcare Int. as General Manager - Central Europe region. Most recently, until August 2009, Petr worked for Reckitt Benckiser at the London European headquarters where he held global responsibility for one of the household goods categories. Earlier in the same company, he held the post of General Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. Petr Pavlík is married and has one child. His hobbies include ice-hockey and in-line hockey.
Ing. Richard ŠVÉDA
Sales Director
He graduated from the College of Agriculture in 1989. Among other things, he worked as Marketing Manager with Plzeňský Prazdroj a. s. He joined Stock Plzeň in 1996, starting as Marketing Manager, in 1998 he became Marketing Director and in 2004 Sales and Marketing Director. He is a keen traveller.
Ing. Pavel MUCHA
Financial Director
He studied foreign trade at the University of Economics in Prague, graduating in 1992, and completed the British accounting qualification ACCA in 1999. He worked as a tax consultant with Price Waterhouse, then held several financial positions with British American Tobacco and a pharmaceutical company Wyeth Whitehall. He joined Stock Plzeň in August 2008. He spends his leisure time with his family, enjoys travelling and skiing.
Ing. Antonín NASLER
Operations Director
He graduated from the College of Mechanical and Electric Engineering in Plzeň in 1982. After graduation, he began his career at Západočeské lihovary a konzervárny, a state-owned company which also comprised Stock Plzeň. He has been working at Stock Plzeň since 1990 and as Technical Director from 1995 to 2008. His hobbies include triathlon and skiing.
Ing. Vladimír STEINER
Director for legislature
He graduated from the College of Chemical Engineering in Prague (VŠCHT) in 1971 and the following year, he joined Stock Plzeň. He held several positions in production management including Production Director. He enjoys playing tennis.
Ing. Tomáš TARCALA
Marketing Director
He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, with a specialization in international trade. He started working for Stock Plzeň - Božkov in 2009 after more than 14 years of work in the company Reckitt Benckiser, where he worked in various positions in the Czech Republic, the USA, Great Britain and Hong Kong. Before coming to Stock Plzeň he was in the position of marketing manager for Reckitt Benckiser for Italy. He is married and along with his wife Ivana, takes care of their two sons and a daughter. His hobbies are music and various sports, such as skiing, tennis, and golf.
Ing. Michal RIEGEL
Head of Marketing Department
He graduated from the University of West Bohemia, the Faculty of Economics, in Plzeň in 2000 and the previous year from the Arnhem Business School in Arnhem in the Netherlands. He joined Stock Plzeň in 2001, after working in Unilever and Opavia - LU. His hobbies include sport, especially cycling, and everything to do with Italy and the Italian language.
Ing. Petra RYBYSAROVA
Distribution Brands & Export Manager
She graduated from the University of West Bohemia, the Faculty of Economics, in Plzeň in 2000. After graduation, she worked with Tesco Stores and Carat. She joined Stock Plzeň in 2005 as Brand Manager. Since 2008 she is responsible for the distribution brands portfolio and export activities. She enjoys travelling and sports.
Jitka VLČKOVÁ
National Sales Manager - Off Trade
After her studies at the University of Economics, she worked in Komerční banka and in Master Food and Chio Bohemia. She joined Stock Plzeň in 1998 as Key Account Manager, in 2003 she was appointed National Sales Manager for off trade segment. Her hobbies include badminton, cycle tourism and travelling, film and music.
Ing. Pavel FRIEDRICH
National Sales Manager - On Trade
He graduated from the University of West Bohemia, the Faculty of Economics, in Plzeň. Among other things, he worked as Sales Director with Českomoravská stavební spořitelna. He joined Stock Plzeň in 1999 as Brand Manager for Fernet Stock. Later he became International Project Manager in Eckes, and since 2004 he is responsible for sales to the wholesale and gastronomy sectors. His hobbies include modern technology and travelling.
