STOCK PLZEŇ-BOŽKOV RESULTS
The company STOCK Plzeň a.s. (Reg. No. 147 06 563) has been dissolved without liquidation as a result of the fusion by merger with the company Tenebro s.r.o. - on 1st July 2007 all business assets of STOCK Plzeň a.s. were transferred to the major shareholder, the company Tenebro s.r.o. As of 31st December 2007, the newly set up company assumed the trade name STOCK Plzeň-Božkov s.r.o., Reg. No. 27445844.
Subsequently, effective as of 30th April 2008, the fusion by merger of the companies STOCK Plzeň-Božkov s.r.o. (of the original trade name Tenebro s.r.o.), OCM Czech Topco s.r.o. and STOCK Export - Import, s.r.o., was carried out, with all assets thereby transferred to OCM Czech Topco s.r.o., Reg. No. 27904636.
The newly set up company has the trade name STOCK Plzeň-Božkov s.r.o., with its registered office in Plzeň-Božkov, Palírenská 641/2, Postcode 326 00, Reg. No. 27904636.
The main business activity of the newly set up entity is spirits production, i.e. there has been no significant change in the business activity of the new legal entity.
It follows from the above that the company STOCK Plzeň-Božkov s.r.o. is also the legal successor to the company STOCK Plzeň a.s. Documents related to that company are therefore made available here, so as to ensure continuing access to them as required by the general legal regulations.
