Zufanek Absinthe St. Antoine

Zufanek Absinthe St. Antoine

The legendary, mysterious and sinful drink of bohemians, artists and bar loafers, prepared according to the original French recipe.

As one of the few Czech absinthe, Absinthe St. Antoine is born by continuous distillation of carefully selected herbs. In keeping with the manufacturer's motto "100% natural products", absinthe is prepared only from natural ingredients with a base made of fine grain alcohol, in which selected herbs and spices are macerated for a precisely determined time before distillation. Once distilled, more herbs are added to  the resulting clear distillate, imparting the absinthe a specific colour and further enhancing the already powerful aroma and taste.

Absinthe is best served by slowly pouring ice water into a glass with absinthe in a ratio of about 1: 3, which will present a glass of a delicious herbal drink with the same alcohol content as wine.
