Lechita Chocolate Liqueur
Lechita is synonymous with a delicious sensual experience. The combination of three-year-old Panamanian rum and real Ecuadorian chocolate adds a touch of luxury an intoxicating taste to the liqueur.
During preparation, we combine the highest quality Latin American ingredients; rum from the San Isidro Valley, Panama, aged for three years in American oak barrels and chocolate from the unique unroasted Ecuadorian cocoa beans Arriba Nacional, with 22% cocoa butter, popular for its exceptional taste, they give Lechita an unmistakable aroma.
After trying several preparation procedures, we chose slow heating and a long cooking time at low temperatures for a perfect result that ensures the preservation of the ingredients characteristics, whilst retaining the chocolate taste and guaranteeing the stand out rum aroma.
