One of the last active distilleries in the Lowlands, Auchentoshan was founded on the outskirts of Glasgow by Irish refugees in 1825 and is renowned as being the only distillery in Scotland to use a third still in the production of whisky, making their whiskies truly unique.

Appreciated by connoisseurs for its smooth flavour and by those new to malt whisky for its lightness and accessibility, the triple-distillation process has the effect of softening the flavour and body of the end product, creating a more refined character for this exceptional single malt.
