Produced in the Hacienda San Isidro in the Herrera province of central Panama, El Comandante Reserva Exclusiva is an ideal blend of Panamanian rums with rum reserves being aged for at least 7 to 20 years in American white oak barrels.

The rum factory has been operating since the 1930s and still maintains reserves of 50 years or more which it uses to produce limited editions.  The location is unique for its climatic conditions and thanks to constant temperatures and a tropical climate, El Comandante Reserva Exclusiva gains a balanced taste.

El Comandante Reserva Exclusiva is characterised by a pleasantly sweet caramel taste combined with nougat and a touch of straw wine. In the aroma you will find distinct traces of nuts, dark chocolate and ripe sour cherries.
