The Panamanian rum which forms the basis for this elixir is aged for 3 years, and thanks to its mild banana aroma, Kakadu is suitable for enhancing a variety of rum based cocktails, such as a Piña Colada, Cuba Libre or a Mojito.  It is also great on its own, over ice or with coffee.
